One of the main pillars of our activity is close collaboration with small farmers in the area. Whether it’s fruits or vegetables, we ensure that the products we use come from passionate people who care for their land with diligence and respect for nature. This way, we make sure that the ingredients we include in our products are not only of the highest quality but also have a reduced ecological footprint. Therefore, all our products are carbon neutral.

A significant example of collaboration is the harvesting period for elderflowers, which has the most considerable impact. During this time, we buy elderflowers directly from the people in our village, Saschiz, supporting them directly. Instead of relying on imports or intermediaries, we prefer to invest in our community, providing locals with a stable and sustainable source of income.

We also have an apple orchard, from which we make juice under the brand Pivnița Bunicii and distill a brandy sold under our brand Kaspers.

For us, sustainability is not just a trendy term; it is an essential principle that guides all our decisions. From reducing our environmental impact to supporting the local economy, we strive to make choices that reflect care for nature and people. Our grandparents taught us not to waste, to use what nature provides responsibly, and to think about the future. They cultivated only what they needed, conserved their harvests for winter, and relied on local resources to sustain their households.

We take these values and apply them in our business. By purchasing raw materials from local producers, we reduce long-distance transportation and the associated carbon emissions.
