Summer cocktail: Spoils of spring

This summer we invite you to treat yourself to a special cocktail, created from natural products, without preservatives, dyes or other additives. Discover "Spoils of Spring", a summer cocktail that combines the flavors of the award-winning Kaspers Elderflower gin with artisan cordials of raspberry, mint and lemon.

Ingredients:

60 ml Kaspers Gin Elderflowers

20 ml raspberry syrup

10 ml mint and lemon syrup

30 ml lime juice

A few drops of mineral water

Ice

Method of preparation:

1. In a shaker, add Kaspers Elderflower Gin, raspberry cordial, mint & lemonbalm cordial, and lime juice.

2. Shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients and release the flavors.

3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

4. Add a few drops of mineral water for added freshness.
