Elderflower harvest at Pivnița Bunicii: tradition and sustainability

The hand-picked elderflower harvest at Pivnița Bunicii has come to an end! 

We collected 37.56 tons of elderflowers and had 12 seasonal employees, in addition to the 10 permanent employees. Harvesting elderflowers is a large part of our social impact, providing important support to our community. Through this harvest, we were able to help several needy people, for whom this was probably the only source of income during the year.

"Thank you, thank you for this opportunity," a grateful lady told us. We received elderflowers from everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, everyone contributed. We were delighted by a child's excited words "I'm going to buy an ice cream".

This harvest reflects not only our passion for quality products, but also our commitment to sustainable and responsible processes. Our factory and all our products are carbon neutral, supporting a greener and more sustainable future.
