Elderflower harvest season!

We are starting the elderflower harvesting season! The first fresh flowers of this year are here, brought directly from our beautiful Saschiz!

Our 2024 harvest of hand-picked elderflowers started successfully on May 13th, and on the first day we managed to collect 4.5 tons. This harvest represents our passion for quality products, but also our commitment to sustainable and responsible processes.

Last year, we collected more than 100 tons of elderflowers, involving an extensive network of more than 1,500 pickers. This year, we have a surplus of collection and processing capacity.
