Where we work

We acquired our headquarters in October 2010, and further development of this site provides processing and storage capacity to meet our pre-prepared juice supply contract in the coming years. The new wood-carved building was designed to adapt to the architectural landscape of Saschiz, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Consistent with our values regarding the environmental protection, our new building uses modern materials for thermal insulation to provide natural light and a sufficiently flexible internal space to allow the processing of a range of different products throughout the year. A building has been renovated to provide accommodation, while another offers office space and a shop. Central wood-based heating using traditionally harvested wood provides hot water and heating for the entire site. Flower and berries waste are compost and this is used for water conservation and soil conditioning in our garden.

Construction work on the site began in late June 2011 and the first phase was completed by mid-May 2012, just in time for a visit by HRH The Prince of Wales on 7 June that year. Our working hours are from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, throughout the year. If you want to visit us outside the normal program, you can do this by calling +40 736 637 121 and one person will open the shop in about 10 minutes, so please call a few minutes in advance .
