A Romanian speciality with nice fresh taste. Great with meat or cheese, in a pasta sauce or pastry, or spread on bread.

The intense aroma of spicy spices, such as chilli and paprika, blends with the natural sweetness of eggplants to create a perfect balance between spicy and sweet. Caramelized onion adds a delicate touch of sweetness and flavor, perfectly complementing the taste profile of this zacusca.

Spicy eggplant zacusca can be enjoyed on fresh bread or as a delicious sauce for pasta, rice or other culinary preparations. With a fine texture and a well-balanced spicy, this dish brings the essence of traditional Romanian cuisine to a modern and full of personality.

DELIVERY

For delivery in Romania, we offer our retail customers (private individuals) free delivery for all orders over 150 RON, with the mention that for all orders outside of the delivery area of the courier we charge an additional 1 RON/km, as decided by the courier. For smaller orders, there will be delivery charges in addition to the cost of the product.
