The Romanian speciality with an international twist.

Eggplants, baked to perfection, turn into a fine and velvety composition, highlighting their natural sweetness. Olives add a salty and flavorful note, perfectly complementing the taste of eggplants.

Extra virgin olive oil brings an extra layer of flavor and uniqueness, contributing to the fine texture and freshness note of zacusca.

The resulting zacusca is a perfectly balanced delicacy, suitable to be generously spread on fresh bread or to be served alongside traditional Romanian dishes. The intense flavor of eggplant, olive and extra virgin olive oil blends harmoniously, offering a refined and memorable taste experience for those who appreciate the authenticity of Romanian cuisine.

Ingredients: aubergines (27%), red pepper, olives (19.27%), tomato puree, white onions, carrots, extravirgin olive oil (3.61%), spices, salt.

DELIVERY

For delivery in Romania, we offer our retail customers (private individuals) free delivery for all orders over 150 RON, with the mention that for all orders outside of the delivery area of the courier we charge an additional 1 RON/km, as decided by the courier. For smaller orders, there will be delivery charges in addition to the cost of the product.
