Please place your order for each product of interest by clicking on "Add to Cart" and adding the quantity to your Pivniţa Bunicii-shopping basket.
For confirmation that your selected products are in stock and to obtain a delivery price to your chosen destination, please contact us by submitting your requirements using either our Pivniţa Bunicii shopping basket, by filling out the Contact Us-form or by contacting us in Saschiz via e-mail or telephone. We will suggest alternatives if your chosen item is out of stock.
We ask our trade customers to contact us directly for any enquiries regarding our products or should they wish to place an order.
FOR CUSTOMERS IN ROMANIA
DELIVERY
For delivery in
Romania, we offer our retail customers (private individuals) free delivery for
all orders over 150 RON, with the mention that for all orders outside of the
delivery area of the courier we charge an additional 1 RON/km, as decided by
the courier. For smaller orders, there will be delivery charges in addition to
the cost of the product.
HOW TO PAY
We accept following payment methods: cash on delivery, bank transfer and with the card through PlatiOnline.
You can make
online payment with your personal or company card, in conditions of complete
safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic
and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro logos, if they have CVV2/CVC2
code)
No additional
fees are charged for transactions.
The processing of
card data is done exclusively on The PayOnline servers.
The security of
your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store the
confidential data of your card, it sends them encrypted on a secure connection to
the processing bank. In this way your personal information. are safe.
Regardless of the
currency you have in your account, the transactions are made in RON, at the
exchange rate of your bank.

DELIVERY
For delivery by DPD to the following destinations by road, the courier charges including the gross weight of product plus packaging material are shown in zones.

For delivery to other countries outside the European Union, we suggest you use our Etsy shop and stock we have placed in the UK.
